This is the privacy statement of Malstrom Audio, here after referred to as ‘Malstrom', regarding the website www.malstromaudio.com. Malstrom respects your privacy and acts in accordance with applicable data protection laws based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR or AGV).

The information provided via the registration form will be processed during the ordering process in order to be able to process orders. For this the following data processing is necessary:

 

Your e-mail address is used for communication about your order and its handling.

 

For the execution of the purchase agreement, the order details are passed on to the relevant supplier of Malstrom and, if applicable, to a carrier.

 

Depending on the chosen payment method (Paypal or credit card), it may be necessary to pass on data to our payment service provider or credit institution.

5. Further data processing

We also collect data that you communicate to us by telephone, e-mail or via our online forms.

 

In addition, when using the platform, we collect data that you leave behind (search requests made), which the relevant internet service provider (among other things, the IP address of your computer) and / or that is generated via e-tracking. These can contain personal or company-related data or make conclusions about this possible.

 

During your visit to Malstrom, your browser will provide us with anonymous data without registration or login (eg browser type, operating system and visited websites). This data is not used to identify you or your organization. They are automatically stored in server log files and are used to ensure and improve the user-friendliness and performance of the platform.

 

6. Data processing for advertising purposes

The processing of data for advertising purposes is a legitimate interest for Malstrom. If you are registered with us, we process your contact details and inform you about products, services and relevant news, independent of a subscription to our newsletter.

 

You can object to the future processing of your data for advertising purposes for the relevant communication channel free of charge by e-mail or post at any time. The relevant contact address for the relevant communication channel is blocked for further commercial data processing on the basis of your contradiction.

 

7. Email campaigns

We only send e-mail campaigns (eg newsletters) with the consent of the recipient. In contrast to the data processing, which is described under 'Data processing for advertising purposes', we are only obliged to execute the notice of objection if you submit reasons of great importance that arise from a particular situation.
